This was a classic renovation of a 1920’s craftsmen bungalow in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle. The primary interior program was a kitchen and bath remodel.
The goal was to strip away the years of bad interior renovations and create a classic exterior presence on the street.
The light filled bathroom features a six foot jetted tub and double shower with a wall of glass. Custom medicine cabinets were installed, with mirrors on sliding barn door hardware and French pocket doors.
The exterior work included a new roof, gutters, paint, front porch railing and a fir front door and sidelights. A new fence and trellis were added to the rear of the house.
