This spectacular West Seattle project was never realized due to the client relocating to California. The steeply sloped site had amazing views of the Puget Sound and the clients were open to modern design.

The new construction would have replaced an existing faux tudor structure. The master plan involved relocating the primary open plan living level to the top floor to maximize the view. A green roof deck above the master suite pavilion connects the elevated living space to its lush site. Careful attention was given to circulating the site in a natural way.

A gear room and two-car garage are subterranean.
