Olympic Physical Therapy had outgrown their space and elected to move into 8,000 s.f. in the new Evergreen Plaza office building in Kirkland, WA. JT Architecture was commissioned to design a space that accommodated their diverse areas of exceptional specialty, reflect the fun nature of the client, and give them room to grow.

A gracious reception area greats clients and fronts the back of house functions. A dynamic curving light soffit pulls clients past treatment rooms to a large multi-purpose gym and low-walled therapist offices line the exterior.

It is detailed throughout to heighten one’s awareness of the physical nature of every material used. Details include a massive sand carved glass pivot entrance door, an elegant cast glass reception transaction surface, a dynamic drywall light fixture/soffit, directional carpet patterns, and the onyx and cherry accent surfaces.
