JT Architecture is proud to be part of this project that was a cornerstone in the revitalization of downtown Bremerton.

This project transformed a four-story office building at the corner of Pacific Avenue and 5th Street. As a result of the renovation, Pacific Place One, formerly the Medical-Dental Building, is now the home of Dimension4, a high-tech software company with over one hundred employees.

The million-dollar renovation included a complete exterior facelift and consolidation of interior core functions.
