Located on the top floor of a small independent office building at the base of Queen Anne, this complete renovation of 1,500 s.f. created the perfect office space for eight employees.

The existing floor to ceiling windows faced east and west. Canted translucent fiberglass wall panels were used on the interior walls of the perimeter offices to bring light to the center spaces. An open plan reception and waiting area greets visitors and creates an informal meeting place for the staff to mingle. A modulated wood panel wall, punctuated with exposed stainless steel fasteners, greats visitors in the ground level entry and draws them up into the central space. A steel handrail and reception counter accent the design.
